Appointments are fast and designed to fit your schedule, vaccination and travel specific immunizations are reviewed and administered as needed, and our entire network of health practitioners are on-hand to help you with any medical concerns.
Our Snowbird Membership includes:
- Comfortable unhurried medical services in a spa like environment
- Up to a one hour visit with your doctor in spring and fall including:
- Comprehensive medical history taken by your personal physician and comprehensive examination (once per year)
- Personalized health risk assessment including vaccination and travel specific immunization review
- Flu shots
- Screening laboratory work conducted once a year
- A team based health report and physician review of recommendations including referral
- Post assessment follow up consultation in spring or fall
